OTYRAR OASIS

Otrar oasis is a compact zone of nomadic and agricultural culture. Otrar oasis is a place of localization of medieval archaeological monuments with an area of200 square km hill forts, necropolis and system of irrigation. The most great (large) hip forts are Otrar, Kuyrytobe, Oksyz, Karakonshek, Kuyikmardan, Mynshunkur, Kokmardan, Pyshakshy, Pushykmardan, Zhalpaktobe, Altyntobe. The objects are an outstanding example of structure, architectural ensemble and landscape, which illustrate the significant period in human history.
