Issues related to the establishment of a memorial plaque to the honorary worker of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, laureate of the State Scientific Scholarship, Academician of the Academy of Social Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Honorary member of the International Academy of Sciences and Production Organization Practice, Doctor of Economics, Professor Nurmagambetov Kuanyshbai Rakishevich; participant of the Great Patriotic War, who served in the 52nd Guards Rifle Division in the company of submachine gunners, Guard sergeant, to the winner of awards: The Order of the Red Star, the Order of Glory of the II and III degrees, the medal "For Bravery" to Shaymenov Myrzabolat; member of the Union of Journalists of the USSR, poet, composer, journalist Maman Baymakovich Ementaev; honored worker of agriculture, participant of the Great Patriotic War, awarded many state awards: two Orders of Lenin, the Order of the Red Banner of Labor, the October Revolution, the Patriotic War II degree, the Order of Dostyk II degree and 14 medals to Alexey Andreevich Kamyshny.
